INSTRUCTIONS:

Your challenge is to chose one paper as your background and one for your mat. Create a mat in the shape of a diamond and place it anywhere on your layout... but it must be touching the next item.

If you are successful in your treasure hunting by placing correctly all the necessary game pieces that you find along the treasure map, you will get another TREASURE:

New Kit to be released soon and a FREEBIE

Hello All,

I have a new kit that will be released in the store soon. This month is proving to be more buy than last month and no relief in sight soon! I may not get any sleep until November!  So, I wanted to go ahead and preview the kit for you and then you could be watching for it in the store. Now if you know me you know red, white and black are a favorite combo of mine. So, here is another way I got that combo in a kit. Ladybugs, naturally red and black and I threw in some green and a golden yellow like the daisy to round it out. I think you'll really like this kit. There's 33 elements including some cute word arts and 20 papers. I just couldn't help myself!

Come join the Peek, Seek, Design Challenge and a Freebie

I hope you came by earlier this week and saw the Peek, Seek, and Design challenge.  It's a great treasure hunt for freebies and a challenge all in one!

You should start in the Forum here! (click the word here).

You collect pieces along the way and follow the instructions for how to complete your layout.

You can post your layout in the gallery. Then go back to the forum and post your layout in the challenge thread!

It's a great challenge and are are already many great layouts posted!

Look at the great Mega Kit you'll get for posting a layout according to the challenge rules!

Peek, Seek, Design Challenge FREEBIE

Karen of scrapN2Nspire has put together a great challenge for all of us! It's a scavenger hunt and a challenge with treasures along the way and a big treasure chest Mega Kit put together from all the designers after completion of the challenge.

Here's how it works, you will be collecting pieces from each blog/place indicated on the treasure map found here.  Each place will have instructions for their pieces of how to use them on your layout. After you gather all the pieces and all the instructions, complete the layout and post it in the Forum.

New Release and Freebie

Just wanted to tell you about our challenges:

Member's Choice -- each week we do a different challenge that is an idea submitted by a member, or you maybe! There is a participation prize for participating.

QP Challenge -- use a specific kit and make a QP, then you receive the whole set.

Bragbook Challenge -- You get to purchase a kit for 50 cents. Create a bragbook page and then you will get all the bragbook pages at the end of the challenge!

SCRAP -- No, it's not a bad word! LOL It's Scrapbooking BINGO but not with numbers but scrapbooking terms. It begins on the 7th and 21st of the month. There is a prize for the winner!

Sketch -- The sketch challenge is where you've given a sketch and you make a layout from any digisister kit. There's a participation prize.

Blogtrain Challenge -- Use the latest blogtrain to make a layout according to the challenge rules. A freebie matching the theme and color palette is given out for participation.

Photo Potluck -- Share a photo and take one from someone else and use the mini kit to scrap a layout. You get the full kit for participating.

Peek, Seek, and Design -- It's a scavenger hunt with a twist. You end up getting a great collab kit made by the store Designers. Read more in the forum. It starts the 15th of the month.

Designer's Challenge -- Beginning September 1, 2011, we will be having a Featured Designer in the store. This designer will be hosting this challenge. They will have a sale on their products and have exclusive freebies to go along with being Featured Designer. Make sure you check back to see who the Designer is and how you can get some special freebies by participating in this challenge.

I want to show you my second new release that is in the store this month called Little Fairy. It's perfect for all those little princesses in your life. Hues of pink and purple are sure to please all the girls, big and small and make some lovely layouts.

New Kists in the store and a FREEBIE!

Hope you were here for the blogtrain and enjoyed it. I'm going to keep it up for about another week and then it will be available in the store. I might add some more goodies to it. I liked the color palette.

Well, we have some very creative CTs in the store. They have been BUSY making layouts from the kits to show off for you to see what great things you can do with these kits.  So, I wanted to show them off a little here on the blog! :)

Dear Diary is also available in Scrapbook Max Template format. There are some exclusive elements not available in the kit made especially for the templates. Check them out in the store!

CHOO CHOO Blogtrain Launch # 4 FREEBIES UPDATED LINK

We are here with our 4th blogtrain.  The theme is all things summer called Summertime Blast. It's a vibrant color palette with bright and cheery summer colors. You're gonna love this one!

First, I wanted to share some news with you.  We have some new clipart from www.resaleclipart.com we are now Licensed Resellers at DigiSisters.  It's very in expensive clipat and they are really cute. I am going to show you a few of them here. We eventually hope to add paper and element packs that match the clipart so you can have coordinating elements and papers to use with the clipart.
